Terms and conditions of sale
Last updated: July 30, 2026
1. Scope
These terms apply to purchases of coins, VIP subscriptions and other digital services offered by Ghosting.bet.
2. Prices
Prices, applicable taxes, bonuses and available payment methods are displayed before confirmation. The billing currency is shown at checkout. Blockchain or provider fees may apply when clearly disclosed.
3. Order
An order becomes binding after review and payment authorization. An electronic confirmation identifies the offer, amount and status. Ghosting may reject or cancel inconsistent, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
4. Digital delivery
Coins or benefits are credited after the payment provider confirms the transaction. Crypto payments may require several network confirmations. The wallet status controls unless there is a clear error.
5. Withdrawal right
Where permitted by law, immediate delivery of digital content or services may require your express consent and acknowledgment that the withdrawal right ends once performance begins. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
6. Refunds
A completed transaction is not refundable once consumed, committed to a match or transferred, except where required by law or due to a service error. Contact support with the payment identifier if you were charged without receiving the corresponding credit.
7. Subscriptions
Subscription duration, renewal, price and cancellation terms are shown before purchase. Cancellation stops future renewals without removing benefits already paid for during the current period.
8. Payments and security
Payments are handled by specialist providers. Ghosting will never request your recovery phrase or private key. You are responsible for checking the network and destination address before a crypto transaction.
9. Complaints
Commercial complaints can be sent to support@ghosting.bet with the account email and transaction reference.
10. Governing law
The governing law, competent courts and any mediation mechanism must be completed by the publisher according to its place of establishment. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
