1. Purpose

These terms govern access to Ghosting.bet, account creation, matchmaking, matches, rankings, wallets and support.

2. Acceptance

Creating an account requires express acceptance of these terms. Do not use Ghosting if you cannot accept them or if the service is prohibited in your country.

3. User account

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and report unauthorized access promptly. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, assigned or shared. Additional verification may be requested to prevent fraud.

4. Age and local laws

The service is restricted to people who meet the legal age in their jurisdiction. You are responsible for checking whether staked competitions and digital assets are permitted where you live.

5. Matches and evidence

Participants must follow the displayed game, mode, stake, deadline and rules. Evidence must be authentic, readable and submitted on time. Forgery, collusion, cheating or manipulation may result in cancellation and account suspension.

6. Coins and wallet

Coins are used only for the features shown on the platform. They are not a bank deposit or an investment return guarantee. Available, committed and pending balances are shown separately. Withdrawals may be subject to security checks, limits, network fees and processing delays.

7. Prohibited conduct

You may not bypass controls, exploit a vulnerability, harass users, impersonate others, launder funds, use stolen payment methods or disrupt the service. Multiple accounts used to evade sanctions or limits are prohibited.

8. Moderation

Ghosting may hide content, cancel an operation, restrict a feature or suspend an account when required for security, rule enforcement or legal compliance. Decisions may be challenged through support with relevant evidence.

9. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but interruptions may occur for maintenance, security, provider outages or force majeure. Affected matches are handled according to their status and available evidence.

10. Changes

These terms may change. Material changes will be communicated appropriately and may require renewed acceptance.
